This UNLV Rebel gets excited about restaurant efficiency!  Let her OCD work for you and your bottom line.  Aja's lived and breathed the Hospitality industry for the last 26 years.  Her experience ranges from casual dining to fine-dining plus everything in between.  She has helped support restaurant openings in 14 different states with her primary experience in Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA.

Aja has held numerous positions as General Manager and Food Service Director for prestigious companies like Bellagio Resort & Casino, Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino, Compass, Aramark, USC Hospitality and The Conga Room @ L.A. Live.

Details determine excellence and Aja sets her standards high.  When she's not fixing restaurants or teaching classes, you will find her hanging out with her precocious 12 year old.  They both love travelling and anything that fuels their creative sides.
