ServSafe Training and Certification
ServSafe food safety training is endorsed by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and recognized in 30 states. California’s health department requires all food establishments to have a ServSafe certified manager onsite during operating hours. It is highly recommended that restaurants have multiple managers complete this training to ensure a certified manager is available when a health inspector arrives unannounced for a routine inspection. ServSafe certifications must be renewed every 5 years.
ServSafe classes can be booked in one 8 hour session or 2 consecutive 4 hour sessions. Classes can be scheduled Monday-Saturday with a minimum of 6 people. Please call the office directly to schedule a training at your location or onsite in our conference center.
Health Inspection Preparation
When a restaurant receives an A rating by the health department, it is a testament to how dedicated they are to food safety. This visible reminder lets patrons know you are adhering to the health departments expectations at the highest level. Every restaurant's goal should be to achieve an A rating, (between 90-100%), on their health inspection. Restaurants that drop to a B or C rating have experienced a 20-40% reduction in daily sales. Can your restaurant afford to lose that much business?
All of our services, especially this one, exist to make your life easier and stress free. Our team will assess your restaurants’ vulnerability and potential health rating should an inspector visit your site. Any restaurant that receives less than 100% will receive a customized action plan. Restaurants that receive less than 85% will have a follow up visit within one month included in their action plan.

Service Integrity Checks
It is critical restaurant owners take time to understand the perspective of their guests. Most reviews on social media usually come after a bad experience. Some only document pictures of food and not a clear explanation of the overall experience. Our unbiased reports will give restaurant owners a complete snapshot of important moments guests experience before, during and after they walk through the doors.
Our reports can also be used as integrity checks on employees that handle money and billing. When she's not fixing restaurants or teaching classes, you will find her hanging with her precocious 10 year old. They are both lovers of travelling and anything artsy. Paris is their next stop abroad; looking forward to dining on French cuisine in France. Time is our greatest currency, spend it wisely.

As a detail-oriented collaborator and bilingual assistant, she enables our business to reach Spanish speaking audiences looking for our support services.
